This bright and spacious second-floor rental features three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a welcoming sitting area, and access to the screened-in front porch. Each bedroom has its own keyed entry, offering flexibility and security. The front room has a queen bed and views of the golf course; the middle room includes an XL twin with a pull-out mattress along with a built-in desk; and the back room has two XL twins that can be joined to form a king and a work desk area. The common space includes comfortable seating, a mini fridge, Keurig, and a small dining area. All rooms have spacious closets and dressers. The private entrance for guests is through the front porch. The shared driveway allows parking for up to two vehicles. The first floor is occupied by the homeowners, who have their own separate entrance.

Notes

This is a second-floor space — there is no elevator. We do not have a full kitchen, but we provide a mini fridge, Keurig, and hot water kettle — as well as our recommendations for nearby restaurants to enjoy. The house is in a quiet, rural neighborhood near the Stockbridge Golf Course and not far from train tracks, guests may hear associated sounds. Sounds may also include coyote, frogs, geese, and crows. Homeowners live on-site with a separate entrance. No smoking inside.
